Online shopping is simple and quick.

With online shopping, comes the comfort and convenience of buying your favourite products in a few clicks, anytime and anywhere. However, sometimes when your order arrives, you may realize that the product isn’t exactly what you expected. It may not be of the right size or colour, or in rare cases, the product is defective or damaged. This is where Hiputee’s Product Returns policy makes your life easier.

Returnable Items

To return the product, please observe these guidelines:

  • Returns are accepted up to 10 days from delivery.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, accessories, and have brand tags intact.
  • Your item must be unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that have not met your expectations within 10 days of receiving.
Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items are returned after 10 days from delivery.
  • Items are washed, worn, used, or misused.
  • The item is not in its original condition or is damaged and/or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized items.
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page.

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.

(Please note- If the product is returned due to the wrong size/colour/product selection then the reverse shipping cost will be borne by the purchaser, not by the seller)

The item(s) have not met your expectations.

Replacement of the product is accepted under the following conditions up to 10 days from delivery. To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Also, it must be in the original packaging with accessories, and brand tags intact.
  • Your item must be unwashed, unworn, and unused.

  • Faulty items damaged/broken or stained upon arrival.
  • Items received in the incorrect size/colour from the manufacturer.
  • Items were wrongly-shipped.
