How to measure the right size dog bed?

Measuring your pet length correctly is crucial in ensuring you purchase the right size of bed for your pet. To measure your pet we recommend you to use a tape measure and measure him from the tip of the nose to the tail, that’s how the long the bed should be. Then measure your pet from shoulder to shoulder, that will the width of the bed.

We recommend you to add 6-12 inches to the final measurement to ensure that your pet enough room to stretch out.

How to place a return/refund?

Step 1: Mention your order ID with a picture of the product and send it to customercare@hiputee.com

Step 2: We will send someone to pick up the product from you. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Also, it must be in the original packaging, accessories, and brand tags intact.

Important: If the product is returned due to the wrong size/colour/product selection then the reverse shipping cost will be borne by the purchaser, not by the seller

Step 3: Once we receive your product at the warehouse we will conduct a quality check, and will either offer you an exchange or a refund, as per our policy.

Product Return/Replacement- Common Scenarios

  • Sizing issues- If we have shipped you the wrong size by mistake, we will either refund you in full or send you an item with an alternative size (if applicable). If you chose the wrong size, the reverse shipping charges will be borne by the purchaser, not by the seller.

  • Exchanges- While we don't offer direct exchanges, you can return any new, unused item for a refund and place an order for the new item that you would like instead. Please email customercare@hiputee.com for an exchange shipping coupon.
  • Shipping- We ensure that pickup is arranged at the earliest and we ship the replacement as soon as we receive the item from our courier partner.
