Hiputee strives for your wonderful experience by giving the most in comfort in the best quality pet beds.

We do have a warranty for our products. It entitles you to return your order on account of any manufacturing defect for up to 10 days from the date of purchase.

To avail the service, please ensure that your specified reason for replacement is covered under the terms and conditions under our warranty.

What’s covered?

Any damage caused due to defect or frayed or loose stitching of the beds.

What’s not covered?

Our warranty doesn’t cover deterioration from water abuse, cuts, scratches, damage from the usage or normal wear and tear.

Anything not listed above will be solely determined by our team of Quality Control.

HIPUTEE - The Brand

During delivery, please make sure the package is in good condition (no sign of being opened) and confirm the contents before signing the package.

For any issues, please contact us and follow our warranty process:

    Provide your order number and the product code.

    Please send us a clear picture of the outer packaging, all shipping labels visible, and (if applicable) the item received.

Possible Solution after the problem is confirmed by Hiputee:

If we have shipped the wrong item, we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available).

Hiputee will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and reimburse you for the return shipping fee when we receive it.
